SAP SM (Service Management) is a separate module of its own purpose but is usually a tag-along with the Plant Maintenance and Customer Service module. Service Management allows users to fully support customer demands effectively and quickly. You will gain the ability to help your company in providing the right services for other companies either as a substitute product of what they manufacture or simply in their main line of product production. You will gain the ability to handle Call management effectively. The services skill that you’ll acquire can also be used to render functional equipment or location.

 

By the end of this course, you’ll have achieved the required skills and knowledge needed for you to sit for a SAP Certificate exam.
